They are amazing! They were super understanding about money being tight and did everything they could to make it as easy on my bank account as they could lol. They showed me all the charts and X-rays and whatnot and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated they’re also very empathetic when dealing with stressful situations and did their best to calm my nerves, i will definitely be coming back and highly recommend anyone coming here for your fur baby’s needs!

The clinic is beautiful and the staff always meets you with a smile and kind words. The groomer did an amazing job. They spoke with me before my dog went back and asked me what I wanted, then made sure my dog was loved on and comfortable. They had her in and out quickly. So glad to have them here in Rockwall..

We have been coming to Pet Dr. for 2 years since we moved to Rockwall. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs. These folks are wonderful. The staff is caring and they take the time to address any concerns you have. Dr. Shomette is amazing he takes his time to help and he educates us about good preventative care we can use on our pets. My dog Justice is prone to yeast ear infections and Dr. Shomette took the time to find an model he has of a dogs ear and showed me how I can safely and with confidence properly clean my dogs ears. I was afraid of how deep I should go into the ear and he showed me a safe method and explained the way dog ears are designed. This place really cares about you and your pets. I recommend them highly for their professional level of care, fair prices, and great customer service.

I was happy and glad that I had a very good experience at Pet Doctor. I was worried about finding a good doctor for my kitty Lisa. I always want to find the best doctor for her! All the personnel were friendly and made us feel welcomed. When I first met Dr. Webb, I felt comfortable that he and the staff genuinely cared about Lisa. Dr. Webb performed a complete physical and was caring and gentle with Lisa the whole visit! It appeared that Lisa was comfortable with everyone so that impression is what I needed to form my opinion of Pet Doctor. The staff was completely professional, courteous and friendly! I am relieved to hopefully have found a good doctor for Lisa!

They got my little girl Tiny Kisses in last minute an were kind and caring. Miss Anna was so sweet and compassionate. Made me feel like she loved her too and that helped so much. Dr. Andrei was easy to talk to and very thorough and heartfelt as well. Couldn't ask for a better Vet experience. Fair pricing and not out for the pocketbook. Thank You very much for caring for Miss Tiny Kisses and making sure she was on the mend as well as caring for her emotional state. Kudos!

Pet Doctor is amazing! My Nalah was sick and Dr Wong, and the surgery team helped get her fixed up! Honestly the prices were great and beat any others in the Rockwall area. I love Pet Doctor!

I just want to say how great this place was. I just got a puppy (Domino he is 2 1/2 months old) and with in a week took him to urgent care place. They determined he had Parvo. They recommend I hospitalize him on IV fluids to help him recover. The places around me were trying to give an estimate of around 5k.
